»Ein lässiger Sonntag in Cave Creek, AZ«
Weil wir ab morgen wieder in der Ketose sind, haben wir uns überlegt, dass wir den Sonntag davor noch einmal ausgiebig genießen wollen.
Entsprechend kam uns die Idee, den Nachmittag in Cave Creek zu verbringen. Cave Creek ist nur eine gute halbe Stunde von uns entfernt, eine kleine Stadt in Arizona mit viel typischem Charakter und Charme.
Außerdem wollte ich das Auto heute testen, nachdem unser Freund und Nachbar Allen mir gestern noch ein kleines Bauteil im Motor repariert hat. Und der gute Explorer schnurrt nicht nur wie ein Kätzchen, er läuft wie ein Schweizer Uhrwerk.
So hat heute alles gepasst: entsprechend sind wir nun motiviert, morgen in die Ernährungsumstellung zu starten. Durchhalten, let’s go!

As we will be back in the Ketosis tomorrow, we decided that we wanted to enjoy the Sunday beforehand to the full.
So we came up with the idea of spending the afternoon in Cave Creek. Cave Creek is only a good half hour away from us, a small town in Arizona with a lot of typical character and charm.
I also wanted to test the car today after our friend and neighbor Allen repaired a small component in the engine yesterday. And the good Explorer not only purrs like a kitten, it runs like Swiss clockwork.
So everything went well today: we are now motivated to start the diet change tomorrow. Hang in there, let's go!
