»4th of July in Idaho Falls«

I have completely overlooked this post. 

We spent the summer holidays last July in Idaho Falls. On the one hand a great opportunity to escape the heat in Phoenix for a few weeks, on the other hand of course to meet family, friends over there.

And on top, the fireworks on the evening of the 4th of July.

I've seen some fireworks in my life, on events and weddings, especially at the »Castle Illumination« in Heidelberg on the Neckar river - but this but this has surpassed everything. This show, framed by the wonderful music in the background was almost something unique to me.

The anticipation of the 4th of July this year will certainly once again something special. Just as the whole year will be very special.
